
I was born in Houston, Texas, to my parents, Howard Lee Aaron and Rota Louise Dorsey.
I received a Bachelor in Philosophy from Xavier University of New Orleans, Louisiana, a Bachelor in Psychology from Southern University of New Orleans, Louisiana, a Master in Social Work from Tulane University of New Orleans, and a Master in Theology from the University of the West Indies. I also underwent a Campion Ignatian Experience–Spiritual Direction—in Weston, Massachusetts.
I was ordained to the Diaconate on March 16, 1985 by Most Rev. Fr. Samuel E. Carter, S.J. in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies.
I was ordained to the Sacred Priesthood on September 28, 1986 by Most Rev. Fr. Samuel E. Carter, S.J. at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Kingston, Jamaica.
Since 2006, I have served as Retreat Director for the Holy Family Prayer Group at the Life Enrichment Center in Leesburg, Florida.
Since 2006, I have also worked as a Lecturer at St. Michael Theological College, Kingston, Jamaica, teaching courses in Latin, Homiletics, Liturgy, Theology, Christian Spiritual Formation, Spiritual Direction.
At present, I am the pastor at St. Richard of Chichester Church, Kingston, Jamaica.
